PM Reminisces on the Past as the 100-Day Countdown to the SEA Games Starts

PHNOM PENH: Prime Minister Hun Sen shared a picture through his official Facebook page on Wednesday evening, 25 January, on the occasion of the 100-day countdown to the 32nd SEA Games and the 12th ASEAN Para Games in Cambodia.

The Prime Minister wrote that photo reminds him of 1999, when he was just 47 years old and still playing football and volleyball.

"100-day countdown to the 32nd SEA Games and the 12th ASEAN Para Games. Let's countdown together," he wrote.

The photo also shows the Minister of Labor and Vocational Training, Ith Samheng, and the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, Em Chanmakara, among the people standing behind the Prime Minister.

He said that he considers this to be a rare photo.
